DOOM Eternal launched on Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC just last week and there couldn't have been a better time to launch a game because who wouldn't wanna kill some demons, bash some skulls into each other or even chainsaw a demon in half while they're stuck at home.
Bethesda Softworks stated that DOOM Eternal has broken the opening week sales record of the 2016's DOOM .The exact figures are yet to be provided but Bethesda stated that it almost doubled the opening week sales of the 2016's DOOM. DOOM Eternal is yet to be launched on Nintendo Switch.
"We want to thank our millions of fans for their enthusiastic support of this amazing title, Despite thousands of retail stores closing, we are pleased so many fans have been able to enjoy DOOM Eternal." Ron Seger, Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Bethesda Softworks stated.
DOOM Eternal is a must play as it takes what made its predecessor a succeed and builds on that. DOOM Eternal is a game that is aware of its difficulty to play and rewards you for your hard work. It keeps the player hooked to the game and keep finding more ways to keep a players invested in the game even after the player is done playing.
DOOM Eternal is now available on PlayStation 4, XBox One, and PC. It is expected to launch on Nintendo Switch at a later date.
