Black Future '88 is a 2D action shooter with a Synth-Punk theme. Climb vertically to the top of an ever-changing procedural tower and murder its mad owner...before your heart bursts. In a stunning alternate version of 1988, shoot, cut, dash, and improve yourself to escape unending waves of dangerous traps, murderous AI, mad addicts, and enormous Wardens.

Duncan, the tower architect, has unleashed a nuclear calamity on the globe. The first of his bombs exploded in the summer of 1988, and by December, they had completely obliterated the sun with unending rain. After that, we decided to cease keeping track of time, and it has been 1988 ever since.
